Where are your clothes made?

All our pieces are designed and sewn in Philadelphia at our home studio by one person!

What materials do you use in your clothing?

At Soleil et Amis we are committed to using only 100% preloved fabrics. We source these fabrics through donations, the Goodwill bins, thrift stores, rummage sales, Facebook Marketplace, and estate sales. We often source our trims and elastics through retail channels to ensure they’re always fresh and of the highest quality.

Do you ship international?

Yes we do!

What’s your return policy?

We are adamant about you loving your Soleil pieces. If something isn’t quite right, Soleil et Amis gladly accepts returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please email us at soleiletamis@gmail.com to start the return process.

Do you offer free local pickup in Philadelphia?

Yes we do! Please use code LOCAL at checkout and email us/DM us on instagram to arrange a pickup!

How do I care for my Soleil et Amis garments?

All of our pieces are made from fabrics that have been previously worn, washed, and loved for years—so you already know how they’ll age! To keep your pieces in great shape, we recommend washing on a delicate/handwash cycle with cold water and hanging to dry (unless otherwise noted). This gentle care helps extend the life of all your clothing.

Will the colors on the handprinted items fade over time?

Our paints we use are made to last, but some fading may occur over many washes. Washing inside out on cold water hand wash cycle, and air drying in the shade will help reserve vibrancy.

Do you offer size-inclusive or unisex styles?

Many of our pieces feature flexible sizing with elastic waists and adjustable drawstrings, designed for comfort and versatility across a range of body types. We’ve also begun introducing unisex styles—like the Dylan Pants—for a more relaxed, androgynous fit that anyone can feel good in. Got ideas for more unisex styles? Are your items limited edition or restocked regularly?

Because we only work with secondhand fabrics, every single item is one of a kind, meaning it can never be recreated. Isn’t it special having a piece of clothing that no one else in the world will have?
